Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Email services require internet access to send and receive messages.
Clear Outbox: If an email is stuck in your Outbox, try deleting it. Sometimes, a large attachment or formatting issue can prevent emails from being sent.
Check Spam/Junk Folders: Sometimes, legitimate emails end up in spam or junk folders. Check these folders to ensure important emails aren’t getting filtered.
Webmail Access: If you’re using an email client (like Outlook), try accessing your email via the webmail interface. This can help identify if the issue is specific to the client.
Check Email Quota: If your email account has a storage quota, ensure you haven’t exceeded it. Full mailboxes can prevent new messages from being received.

Open Settings: Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone.
Passwords & Accounts: Scroll down and tap on “Passwords & Accounts.”
Add Account: Tap on “Add Account.”
Microsoft Exchange: Choose “Exchange” or “Microsoft Exchange” from the list of email providers.
Enter Details:
Email: Enter your work email address.
Description: Give your account a name (e.g., Work Email).
Next: Tap “Next.”
Sign In: Enter your work email password and an optional description.
Server Settings
Domain: Leave this blank.
Username: Enter your full email address.
Server: Enter your Exchange server’s address (you might need to ask your IT department for this).
Next: Tap “Next.”
Account Options: Choose the features you want to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders).
Save: Tap “Save.”
Your iPhone will verify the settings and, if everything is correct, your Exchange account will be added to your device.
